Layang Layang, also known as Swallows Reef, is the most renowned island in the Spratly Island chain, situated in the South China Sea. These remote islands have been claimed by Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam and China and during our 10 night liveaboard diving safari we will dive and explore the Malaysian governed islands. Hammerhead sharks are one of the main draws of this little explored diving hot spot, with reefs providing a haven and necessary cleaning stop for the travelling sharks.
